Large Yorkshire puddings, hash bown base, grated cheese, minced beef in a Mexican sauce, more grated cheese, fried diced panchetta, topped with a little salsa sauce.

When I was a kid, I did a European tour. At one hostel, this sweet woman made me a full English breakfast. I could not.

That’s to say nothing about how good that looks.

I believe so.

If you break it down it’s no more than minced beef, rosti potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, a little veg with cheese and a little spice. So effectively Cumberland pie with Yorkshire puddings.
